Thanks for a fantastic summer of scrapbooking, now that we are all back to school and work we are excited to announce that we are launching a new and user friendly blog. Stay tuned.

Class Changes!

Scraptology has changed dates on our classes for August. As most people are away and there is a demand for these super awesome events. Here are the new changes:

• Family Album- Summer activities that was going to be on Aug.8th is now combined with photoFamily Album-school photos class on Aug.23 starting at 6pm-10pm.
  
• "SHE" class on Aug.16 is now moved to Aug.30th with "Who Am I", which will also start at 6pm-10pm
  
• Elsie class will still be on Aug.20th.
  
• Eye on Design Flowers (Aug.21) is now moved to a double class on Aug.22 with Eye on Design Hearts. this will also start at 6pm-10pm.

a few changes to 2 classes...

Hi, no dates have been decided yet, but do to a few requests, we need to change the dates of the next Family Album class (on your home) and the Elsie Flannigan class. So far the family album class will be moved up a week (no date set yet) and the Elsie class will be moved till July. so if you are planning on attending either of these, please email so I can make sure you are not missing out.

Hi, tonight's class was on all the activites that take place in Spring. ex:soccer, tball, gardening, flowers, picnics, park etc. fill with photos that fit. We worked with quite a few techniques and textures. It was a blast.

We had a great time with circles in this layout. Although I find that there is a lot of feminine paper and embellishments out right now, we can not forget the men/boys in our life's so this month we created a boy layout.

Life's Moments - Pet Layout

Wow! we had a blast creating 10 amazing birthday layouts (Fast n' Fun) in only 1.5 hrs. Here is a picture of our dog layout. Some people created the same layout, but used cat pattern paper.

Family Album Class-Love

Hi, these are awful photos, sorry. I'll have to grab Melina sometime to take better ones, but hey it gives you an idea anyways. This was the family album class on Love. We doodled, used the awesome Fancy Pants & Rhonna Farrer stamps. Tried out a different way to store tags and had a lot of fun. The left hand side of the heart is for a mosaic of different size pictures. We had a blast as usual.

So , I've decided that we should start taking pictures of our students work. They are phenomenal. I've taught these doodling classes so many times now and I am constantly getting impressed! Tonight I took a picture of what Phillane did in our class. If anyone else wants to post theirs, email me or send a link. I should've been doing it all along. They are great!!!!!

I thought since Pam shared her Mommy & Me layout I would show all of you what the ladies and babies created. It was a blast having new mommies and their babes, I can not wait for the next one.

On Sunday we held our first Mommy & Me class and it was a big hit!

We were able to create some beautiful keepsake layouts! Leica and Melina created two wonderful layouts and Melina gave some great photo tips! Here is one of the layouts I created (i took the class rather than teach..i just couldn't pass up the opportunity.)

I can' t wait for the next one!

Wow! This is awesome, SCRAPTOLOGY on the web, now all us crazy scrapper can share, blab and butter up our cool new business. I am one happy mommy, photographer, scrapbooker and friend, that I can share our talent of Scrapbooking with all of S'toon.

For those of you that have never taken one of our classes before, I highly recommend trying one. Need a reason why? We always introduce new ways to do things, we always try to teach pages that "keep up with the latest techniques" and because of a pure, energetic and fun social scene. We try to plan classes that are actually practical. Ones that help you get your layouts done. We also try to teach classes that follow and reflect what is going on in life; ex: holidays, celebrations, seasons, sports. the list goes on and on. Also we realize that a lot of you scrapbook for other people to give as gifts. This is where Pam's Fast 'n Fun series is SUPER! Pam keeps you on task, you always get all 10 layouts done in the allotted time AND you have fun. Last year Pam & I taught a few of these together and I was the one that sometimes "talked" to much and got us off task. Imagine that. I introduced a new series of creating your Family album. It's practical. Most of us are behind in our pages. So this class puts you ahead of the game. Every month we will create layouts that are ready for you just to put your photos in. At the end of this year, you will have a 26 page album completed for 2007. I still have a couple of openings for the year. Don't worry if you missed the first class, I'm running another for those who couldn't make it to the first one. And if you want to have more pages in this album, Melina is teaching a Life's Moments class every month that completely coincides with the Family Album class. Throughout the year we also have a collage of other classes; doodling, clean & simple pages, funky pages, techniques, embossing, "she" albums, all about me... This list goes on and on. Soon we are going to post our updated list again, so if you want to know more feel free to email us.
I'll tell you a little secret though... Our social gatherings are a blast. We keep it at an intimate setting of 15-20 ladies, we scrapbook, we splurge on delictable food and then Melina also shows us some crazy ways to take better photos. For all of you who were at our first wine & cheese, you'll know what I mean when I say "Shake your hair girls and grrrrr." See you later!
